Refund policy

At Lightcaster Brewery, we take pride in the quality of our beer and merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we handle refunds and returns:

Beer & Beverages

  • Due to the perishable nature of alcohol, all beer sales are final.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or spoiled, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jordan@lightcasterbrewery.com. We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund.

  • Proof of purchase and photos of the product/packaging may be required.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
