The founding team behind Lightcaster Brewery brings together a wealth of experience and a shared passion for innovation. Nelson Lang, who co-founded the Pita Pit franchise in 1995, And Braden Martyniuk, who partnered with Nelson in Pita Pit for 20 years, transitioned from the world of quick-service dining to craft brewing. After leaving Pita Pit, they partnered with James Gorry, who oversees Brewing Operations and Design, and Jordan Pereman, the Sales Manager, to form a dynamic and collaborative venture. Together, they’ve built Lightcaster Brewery on a foundation of creativity, health-consciousness, and a commitment to delivering exceptional craft beer experiences.
